About the Event
In 2024, Vinegar Bend was transformed into one of the most vibrant and recognizable spaces in downtown Amory. What was once an ordinary stretch of pavement became a colorful landmark that brought energy, creativity, and community pride to the heart of our district.
Now, it’s time to refresh it.
On March 28 and 29, we will be repainting the Asphalt Art with a fresh new color palette while preserving the bold design that has become a downtown favorite. This project represents more than paint on pavement. It reflects the spirit of a community that shows up, invests in its spaces, and takes pride in where we live.
The Asphalt Art refresh is powered by volunteers and made possible through collaboration, planning, and a shared vision for a vibrant downtown. We invite the community to be part of this effort and help us continue building a downtown that is creative, welcoming, and full of life.
